About Theresa

Theresa Putkey is an information management professional with 20+ years of experience. She provides content strategy, information architecture, facilitation, and mediation services. Having worked on 100+ projects, she brings a mature and well-developed methodology to each client.

Theresa holds a Bachelor’s from the University of California at Davis, a Master’s of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University, and a Certificate of Conflict Resolution (Mediation) from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She is a Mediate BC Associate Mediator.

She volunteers for MosaicBC’s Workplace Connections to help new immigrants establish careers in Canada.

Theresa lives near Vancouver, Canada. When she’s not solving complex information problems, she can be found working in her garden, swimming in a local ocean or lake, cycling in beautiful British Columbia, attempting to learn Spanish, or traveling the world and studying Spanish abroad. She believes that “every day is library day.”
