About Theresa
Theresa Putkey applies UX research, information architecture, metadata, and taxonomy to solve problems within large content management projects.
With more than 15 years experience, Theresa brings a valuable external perspective to each project. She holds a Master’s of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University.
She volunteers for MosaicBC’s Workplace Connections to help new immigrants establish careers in Canada. She frequently coaches and mentors peers and more junior colleagues in content strategy skills.
Theresa lives near Vancouver, Canada. When she’s not solving complex information problems, she can be found working in her garden, swimming in a local ocean or lake, cycling in beautiful British Columbia, attempting to learn Spanish, or traveling the world and studying Spanish abroad. She believes that “every day is library day.”
